All payments for power services made via this site are subject to the statutory ‘cooling off’ period for online purchases. This means that should you decide to cancel your order for an event, then you may do so up to 7 days after the purchase is made for a full refund.
In addition, Vital Spark Limited will offer the following terms to allow cancellation of a power order before an event:
– 50% cancellation fee payable if cancellation is within 1 month of the event for which you have purchased.
– No cancellation fee if notification is submitted before 1 month.
In order to notify of an intent to cancel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request. We will respond within 3 working days.
Terms and Conditions
For all power purchases, Vital Spark Limited will provide a connector socket up to 25m from your pitch. You are responsible for providing the appropriate distribution cable to connect to the power source provided. Cables and connectors are available to hire at a fee and cash deposit payable on site.
On a typical event, power is switched on approximately 4pm on the day before your area starts trading. Power is disconnected from 8am on the day after the event finishes subject to your area being closed to the public. Prices for each connection are calculated based on these timings.
Any last minute payments on site at any event will be subject to a surcharge and no power will be provided until payment has been received in full.
